New Beauty Buys . . .

Hey everyone, so I know I said I would try and post something everyday . . I don't think I will be able to for the next few days as I'm not well, I woke up this morning and all day today I've not been good, I won't go into details because its not very nice : (

So I thought id share with you the latest beauty products that I have bought recently (the other day) hahahah I've called it beauty buys instead of a haul as there isn't enough items for a haul (and I don't really like the word haul)

Here they are . . .

I went to boots the other day and they were doing a fantastic offer where it was 3 for 2 on all beauty, haircare and skincare products. So I bought . . .
1) Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Polish in Blueberry (I've wanted it for ages)
2) Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick -shade 101
3) Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer -fair 1

So im not sure if im gonna post anything for the next few days or not, think I might just try and sweat my illness out and get better!
But I hope you all have a fantastic easter!

{Oh and I edited these pictures on my new camera.Yey.}

DIY -Baby Blanket Update

Hi guys so im sorry this isn't an exciting post or anything but i did promise i was gonna try and post something everyday, i had planned other things but i just didn't get round to doing it as i went shopping today and i was really tired when i got in, so just went to sleep! : )

But i thought instead of not posting i thought id do a update on how my first DIY project is coming along . . .

I know it doesn't look like ive done much but, i started it and at first i was gonna do two different stitches... a knit stitch as a boarder and then a pearl stitch inside the boarder, i had knitted all the knit stitches and had started my pearl stitches but then it started going funny there was too many loops on, some were crossed over. . . which got me quite stressed and upset to be honest, so i decided to un ravel it all and start again but just to knit it all!:)

So heres where im up to so far! Im really loving it, and im planning on knitting other things once ive finished this one! : )

A Day Out At Tatton Park . . .

Hello everyone!
So after yesterday i thought im gonna try and post everyday after my recent lack of blogging! : p
Fingers crossed it works, i have got quite a few notes ive jotted down and hopefully i'll get round to doing them!

Yesterday my cousin was looking after my two little cousins whilst their mummy and daddy had a break, i had been asked to help and i obviously said yes as i love spending time with my family!
We decided to go to Tatton Park, we had made plans before to go but never got round to doing so because of the weather : (
But yesterday we finally went, even though the weather is cold but it was dry so we thought why not!

We woke up really early ... 8:30am wow! haha I washed my hair and got ready and then i got a text saying we're on our way!
So once they picked me up, we nipped to the little tescos near me so my cousin could get some money and water and she ended up buying us all a pack of crisps for the journey there! (healthy breakfast i know) hahaha

So we started to drive and we was on the motorway, after about 30 minutes or so my cousin said to look out for a sign which she think shes seen before and then we was getting further away from manchester, so we turned around and headed back to the main motorway, anyway i found an app on my phone which basically was a sat nav! : ) hooooooooray!
I've never used it before but we was all glad i had it! There was an american woman telling us directions just like a normal sat nav and everytime the american voice came on my little cousin Lucas (4years old) kept giggling with a cheeky smile!

But after having the american woman direct us there we had to turn off the main road and drive down a really long lane, through a cute little old fashioned villages, full of thatch roofed cottages and little old buildings! I absolutely loved it!

Then we arrived! YEY! I actually think me and my cousin was more excited than the little ones! hahaha! You have to pay to get into the park and for a car it was £5

The first place we went to was the farm, which you also had to pay for we payed for a family ticket which was £16 ... so if your planning on going to Tatton Park i would definately be prepared to pay alot of money!

Above is one of my favourite pictures, the brown sheep we saw which was right near the car park!

Then we spotted a deer!

They also had a few animals carved out of trees this was my favourite one of the pig with the piglets! : )

This is another of my favourites! The little brown duck with the funny tuft of hair on its head was so funny but so cute!

And not forgetting the big fat brown/ginger pig! hahaha

Aw and there was a reindeer with only one antler, it's eyes was quite scary hahah

After this my camera battery ran out which i was absolutely gutted about, so im planning on going another time!
After going to the park, we had a look in the shop which was lovely but it also had a lovely price to go with things!
Then we took the kids on the forest thing which had like an assolt course thing, then we went to the restaurant for some dinner (which was also very expensive for what it was, so i would definately take a pack lunch if it was warmer) then we took the kids on the advernture playground and oh my it was amazing!! hahahaha!

I think i've wrote alot, so im gonna finish with saying that i had a lovely time and driving out of the park there was a herd of reindeer in the road which i was super excited about and was upset that my camera battery had died:(
Im definately going to go back again!!!

Quick update

Hey guys,
I'm so so sorry I haven't posted in such a long time (9 days haha) it honestly feels like ages!
I feel so bad for not doing anything, I've had loads of things that i wanted to post about this week but to be honest i've been so tired recently it's umbelievable! I've litterally been falling asleep everynight at like 8 o'clock! : /
The only reason I could think of for why i've been so tired is because i've been on a new diet! : ) which was one of the things i wanted to post about... i might do one once ive finished it! : )

Now i've got 2 weeks off i am planning on doing more posts regurlarly and i've wrote them all down in my little pad.....

How cute is this little notepad! I love meerkats and im chuffed to say i can do the 'meerkat.com simples *meerkat noise*) off the advert! hahahah : )

I've got quite a few posts coming up so be sure to keep an eye out!

Hope your all well,

DIY Project #1- Baby Blanket!

Hello ladies...
So i've finally got round to starting my first ever DIY project today which i've been super excited to start for ages! (It's not the first i've ever done, it's the first that i will be sharing with you all.)

On christmas day i found out i was going to be an aunty again!! :-)
So after ages of thinking what can i get them for the new baby... i found inspiration from a video off Sprinkle of glitter's youtube channel!
To watch the video that inspired me click here

Watching the video inspired alot,
Im planning a surprise baby shower for when they come down from London to visit all the family before she has the baby, im creating a big gift bag with similar presents as to what Louise put in hers and im going to bake a big cake for us all to enjoy at the baby shower!
But the most exciting part for me (i say exciting, it probably seems boring and old fashioned).. but im going to knit a baby blanket!!! : D

I've finally started it! And i thought i'd do daily updates on how my first DIY project is coming on.. : ) Im so happy with what i've managed to do today!

I picked this white wool with speckles of pink, blue, green, yellow and abit of orange!
I chose this because they aren't finding out if their having a little baby boy or little baby girl, so i thought this wool would do perfectly!! :-)

Here you can see some of the speckled colours running through the ball of wool! : )

This is the thickness of how much i have done tonight, it doesn't look alot but it is really long!
I cant wait for it to be finished!!! : D

So after a few hours knitting i thought i'd hang up my knitting needles for tonight and start again tomorrow night!

Im really enjoying knitting and think im gonna knit more things after i've done this one!
Keep an eye out for regular updates on how the baby blanket is coming along!

Outfit Plan- Uncles Wedding!

Hey dolls,
I can't get to sleep so i thought i'd do a post on what i want to wear for an upcoming event :-)

My uncle Jimmy's wedding is coming up this July and i've seen the dress and shoes i want to get for it! : D
Unfortunately i'm not a bridesmaid *sad face* and i've never been one *double sad face*...
but im not really surprised as i haven't seen my uncle jimmy and his family since i was really little (which i cant remember) : O

But i am going to the wedding and im excited to be going but im also quite nervous as i've not seen them in years and i wont know anybody there! : (

Anyways i thought i'd show you on what i'm planning on buying to wear...

RiverIsland Blue Chelsea Girl Forest Print Maxi Dress; £35.00

I actually adore this dress!!! It's gorgeous, i love the colours, the material, the length... i just love everything about it to be honest! Dont you? : D
It's got a cute platted tanned belt with feathers on the end, so pretty!
AHHHH I JUST REALLY REALLY WANT IT!

To go with the gorgeous maxi dress, i really want these gorgeous platforms from Topshop!!

Topshop, Lacie Cut Out Platforms- nude; £55.00

I think these platforms will go perfectly with the maxi dress and the colours are just beautiful together!! I can't wait to buy these!
A big oversized nude clutch and gold jewellery will go very nicely with the outfit!

I will definately do a OOTD of what i wear for my uncle jimmys wedding, hopefully i will be wearing these!!

Review: Collection 2000 Longer Lash Lengthening Mascara

Hi everyone, this is my first ever review and i chose to review the..
Collection 2000 Longer Lash Lengthening Mascara
WOW what a mouth full for a mascara hahah : )

As you all know my favourite colour is orange which makes me adore the packaging even more! It's orange : D

Collection 2000 longer lash lengthening mascara; £2.99

I got this mascara a while ago and have been using it ever since so i thought it would be a good time to review it : )
It's the Collection 2000 Longer Lash Lengthening Mascara and i bought it in shade 17 Ultra Black!

The mascara has added fibres which has an lengthenig effect, Ooo sounds interesting! haha
You can actually see the little fibres when you look at the end of the brush. To me it looks like little eye lashes hahaha! : )
I was gonna take a photo but my camera wasnt focussing very well so i didn't bother!
Hopefully im gonna buy myself a new camera very soon, so my photos should be better quality!
yey! : D

Because i'm reviewing a mascara i thought what better way to see if it actually lengthened my lashes by taking photos, so here they are...

I already have naturally long lashes, even though this photo doesn't really do them justice! hehe ; )

This is is my lashes with one coat of the Collection 2000 Longer Lash Lengthening Mascara and i think you can actually tell my lashes look longer! : )

Then this is my lashes with two coats of the Collection 2000 Longer Lash Lengthening Mascara on, i actually think this looks quite similar to the one coat, but i promise its two!

I do think the product lengthens my lashes and it's really cheap, however i don't know if im that satisfied with it *thinking face*!
I think im gonna try a volumising mascara, so there may be another mascara review coming up!
Keep your eyes peeled, hahahaha get it eyes.. mascara! oh i do make myself laugh somethimes :-)

Please let me know if you think it lengthened my lashes, and whether or not you like reviews in the comments below! : ) It'll be much appreciated!

Thanks lovelys

My simple collection!

Hi Girlies,
So the other day i was cleaning out my skincare products and i realised that i had quite alot of simple products..
Then i thought i might aswell do a post about them : )

So here it is...

The first thing is this simple kind to skin pure fine talk, i love using this when i get out of a shower or bath for like a quick dry.. it makes you feel dry in seconds and leaves your skin soft to touch! : )
I actually bought this from the pound shop, no guessing how much that was then, haha!
I definately will be re purchasing this seen as its only a pound and you get alot : )

These two are just basic skincare products that every girl has! It's a purifying cleansing lotion and a soothing facial toner! I can't remember how much these two were, i think they was £1.99 on offer, but there only a couple of quid and get the job done! : )

Then this i only got a couple of week ago and its this simple spotless skin triple action face wash!

Then i've actually got two simple moisturisers, however they aren't the same as the first one is a light moisturiser and the second one is a rich moisturiser, i tend to use the light one for going to school, shopping on a saturday and basic day to day use but i use the rich moisturiser on nights out or when it's a special occasion like a family birthday meal! :-)

This also is another very recent buy, its a simple kind to skin vital vitamin night cream.
I was actually wondering whether to get the day cream or the night cream, but ended up getting the night one as i thought if i put it on before bed it could sink into my skin and leave it soft for the morning and it does! : )
Im gonna keep using it and then i might do a review!

I really like the packaging of the simple products, the green and white kinda does go with the name ahahha! I love the little slogan thing "smile, it's simple".
I love using simple products as i have sensitive skin!

Go check out their website, for everything you need to know about the products and to buy things!

Mixed Haul

Hi dolls, sorry it's been so long since i did the last post but i've been quite busy recently!
So today's the second day in March.. how fast has this year gone so far! : O

Today i went shopping with the mother : ) and ended up buying some things and i thought...
what better way than to do a haul.. so thats what i did : ) Hope you like it!

I nipped into H&M today after seeing a few things i liked on some other blogs and ended up buying some things..
I saw a similar bracelet on dollybowbow haul but i preferred this one, it's a gold with a leaf pattern on the front and some little pearls which i think sets it off perfectly, it opens in the middle (i don't know if it has got a name or anything hahah) but i reeeeeally love this bracelet!!!

I really love this bracelet and so glad i bought it, it just looks so vintagey,
i remember playing with one when i was little, what my nana had bought for my mum when my mum was little which had all different coloured beads on it, i really wish we'd have kept it : (

Gold and pearl leaf bracelet; £2.99

I'd seen this jumper also on dollybowbow, and i just knew i had to get one it was such a beautiful colour! It's this mint coloured jumper (it looks slightly pastel blue on the picture) it's a really nice material and so soft,
it isn't very thick so i thought it would be ideal for at summer when it's not too hot! I love the detaling near the shoulder also its quite long and well worth the money, think im going to go back and get it in some other coloursss : )

Mint jumper; £14.99

I've been wanting a black maxi skirt for ages and i finally found one! I was so happy, i litterally ran over to the stand with excitement : ) They had it in a grey and khaki and i think im gonna go and get the khaki one as ive got some items which i think will go nicely!

When i was trying it on at hope i realised that it had pockets, how exciting! I was actually really happy even though there only pockets haha... it's the little things in life that makes me happy!

Black maxi skirt; £12.99

I then went to B&M's where i found these beautiful lined wicker baskets, i've wanted some for a while now and never found any i liked but when i saw these i knew i had to get them..

They have such a pretty lining!!
It's a set of three, one really big one, a medium and a small one! : )

Set of 3 lined wicker boxes; £9.99

I also popped into poundland haha i never really shop there but i thought i'd have a look because i wanted some battery opperated tealights.. and they had them! No guessing how much these were ; ) hahah

They look so pretty switched on in the dark and are perfect for what i want them for!
They even flicker so it looks like a real candle light! : )

I also bought this cute heart shaped compact mirror with a vintage woman on the front, she looks like she's from the 1950's which i love, but when i got home i realised it was the most difficultest mirror to open like seriously it's impossible to open without hurting your fingers... oh well it was only a pound!

I did buy some other things but i've put it away in one of my new wicker boxes to do another post later on, so be sure to look out for it! :-)
And im going to be getting a bit creative soon and will definately be doing posts on them so keep an eye out for them too! : )
